SALON POLICY

All Prices stated in the services area are what the services start at.

 

Appointments : In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we please ask you to show up for your appointment a minimum of 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you're more than 10 minutes late to your appointment without calling and giving our salon a heads up the salon will reschedule or forfeit your appointment.

 

Right to refuse service : Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service. You as a client also reserve these rights to terminate a service if you feel uncomfortable.

 

Covid 19 : Our salon is taking the proper precautions to ensure that all staff and clients are safe during their services. Upon arrival at the salon, we ask you arrive 5 minutes early to your appointment, call our front desk and let them know that you have arrived for you service. The front desk will then call you back and let you know that you're able to come in. Upon entry to the salon you will be screened, all clients must show up wearing a mask and hand sanitize when entering the salon, no outside food or drinks are allowed in the salon. No Show Policy

If the individual no show's a appointment that is confirmed that individual is responsible to pay for the appointment in full upon their next visit.

If there are multiple appointments booked under the same name and only one of the people for the appointments show up the person who showed up is responsible to pay for the individual that did not show up in full.
