SALON POLICY

Appointments : In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we please ask you to show up for your appointment a minimum of 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Unfortunately, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment without calling and informing our staff, the salon will reschedule or forfeit your appointment and you will be subject to a no-show fee which must be paid prior to rescheduling another appointment.

Right to refuse service : Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly or indecently. Should a client be intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service we have the right to refuse service. We ask that foul language be avoided and that you communicate at an appropriate volume as not to disturb other patrons. You as a client also reserve these rights to terminate a service if you feel uncomfortable.

No Show Policy

If the individual no show's a appointment that is confirmed that individual is responsible to pay for the appointment in full upon their next visit.

We ask that when scheduling multiple appointments that each client provide their own name and contact information. For party appointments scheduled under one name we will ask for the information of all of those who will be in attendance. Should members of a party not show up to their scheduled appointment without notice, their fees will be added to the bill of that who the appointments are scheduled under.
